Follow These Steps

Step1: Visit https://itechnologypk.blogspot.com/ on your computer. Download both components (the hacked IPA and Impactor) below. 

i) Cydia Impactor (Windows-MAC)

ii) Pokemon Go++ Download

Then connect to your computer via USB and ensure iTunes recognizes your device.

Step2: Launch the Cydia Impactor program, ensure it lists your device in the top dropdown and drag the IPA into the interface, Next, click "Start" inside Impactor.

Step3: Input your Apple ID and password when asked (don't worry, the program merely sends data straight to Apple's servers to self-sign it). Finally, go to the Settings app > General > Device Management and trust your Apple ID.
